Program Terms of Participation

The following terms and conditions apply to your attendance and participation in any event, online course, subscription, membership, or other learning opportunity (the "Program") conducted by 6 Figure Creative LLC (the "Company"). By registering for the Program, you (the "Registrant") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not register for or participate in the Program.

Earnings Disclaimer

The Company and its representatives have made every effort to ensure that the information provided accurately represents the Program. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques, strategies, or information you learn in the Program.

Nothing on our websites, in our marketing materials, on our social proof pages, or in the Program itself is a promise or guarantee of earnings. Any income figures, screenshots, or results referenced on our websites or in the Program are individual experiences. They are not typical, and your results will vary.

Your level of success will be determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to: your niche, your offer, your pricing, your existing client base, your work ethic, your business skills, your connections, your financial resources, market conditions, and how closely you follow the strategies we teach.

Because these factors differ from person to person, we cannot guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You are fully responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results in life and business. The screenshots, income figures, and video case studies displayed on our websites (including the Wall of Love page) represent the individual experiences of specific clients. All screenshots are sourced from our private client community. Some names and identifying details have been partially redacted for privacy.

Any references to "revenue," "closed deals," or "ad spend" are based on figures self-reported by those clients. We have not independently audited tax returns, bank statements, or financial records to verify these claims. These results are not typical and should not be relied upon as an indicator of what you will achieve.

Liability Disclaimer

6 Figure Creative provides professional marketing and business coaching for creative freelancers. However, the Program is not a substitute for licensed professionals in fields such as accounting, tax preparation, law, or mental health. Nothing in the Program should be interpreted as financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. For matters in those areas, consult a licensed professional.

Neither the Company, Brian Hood, nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors, or affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages to the Registrant or the Registrant's business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Program or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will the Company, Brian Hood, or any of the Program's speakers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from your participation in the Program. You, the Registrant, are solely responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results. By participating in the Program, you agree not to hold the Company, Brian Hood, or any of its speakers liable for any decisions, actions, or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in the Program.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete

The Registrant understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented in the Program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Company. The Registrant agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from the Program materials in any manner without the express written permission of the Company. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited, and the Company will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated.

Privacy Policy

By participating in the Program, the Registrant acknowledges and agrees to the Privacy Policy of the Company. Any personal information that you share with the Company, its employees, or owners is kept private. Your name and personal information are not sold or shared with any other company or agency. The Company may occasionally contact you regarding upcoming products, services, or promotions. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us directly.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee. The Registrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be resolved via non-binding mediation in the state of Tennessee through a professional mediator obtained by the Company. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Tennessee in accordance with the policies of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable from the remaining Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
